Our Standard Domestic Cleaning Task List

We have designed a thorough task list for our general domestic cleaning services, based on personalized experience, which will cover every inch and corner in your home. Our task list and quotations have been based on providing a high level of personalized service, which we are confident, will provide you with total satisfaction and value for money.

Below is our standard task list that the cleaners complete on a weekly or fortnightly basis, however if you wish you can prepare your list of requirements for each visit, this task list will help and guide you in preparing your own cleaning list.

Kitchen

  • Clean and polish all cupboards and drawers, removing stains, dirt’s and finger marks
  • Clean the refrigerator and freezer, removing dirt and finger marks
  • Clean the cooker hobs and inside and outside the oven
  • clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains, and finger marks where possible
  • Clean all appliances like the dishwasher, washing machine etc. removing dirt and finger marks
  • Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • Wipe clean the extractor over the cooker
  • Clean and wash the sink, shine taps and tiles around the sink
  • Clean and wipe the door handles, remove stains and finger marks where possible
  • Dust lampshades and light switches where possible
  • Empty bins, change bin bag and Wipe down bins
  • Sweep/vacuum or mop the floor (if not carpeted)

Bathroom/Toilet

  • Clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, clean and disinfect toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
  • Clean and wash the bathtub, polishing the taps.
  • Clean the shower cabin
  • Clean and wash the tiles
  • Polishing mirrors and glasses and chromes
  • Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary
  • Clean towel rack and arrange towels neatly
  • Clean the cabinets (if there are any)
  • Clean and wash the sink inside and out, polish the taps
  • Vacuum /mop the floors and empty the bins
  • Clean and wipe the door handles and light switches, remove finger marks
  • Polish chrome fixtures

Bedrooms

    • Clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers
    • Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
    • Dust and polish all tops and surfaces
    • Dust picture frames and lampshades
    • Dust windowsills and ledges
    • Pick up clutters, clothes left outside of the wardrobe etc (if required)
    • Make bed, fluff pillows, straighten duvet
    • Change sheets if required
    • Clean and dust skirting boards
    • Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger marks and dirt
    • Vacuum and mop the floor where necessary
    • Empty bins

Living room and dinner

Our task list and quotations have been based on providing a high level of personalized and efficient service, which we are confident, will provide you with total satisfaction and value for money.

Below is our standard task list which the cleaner completes on a one off basis, however if you wish you can prepare your list of requirements for the visit, this task list will help you in preparing your own cleaning list.

Kitchen

  • cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers inside and out, remove stains, marks, dirt and finger prints

  • clean and dust the fan (if possible)

  • steam cleaning of tiles and floors to remove stubborn dirt and kill germs (charged extra)

Bedrooms

  • clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside, if the client requires it could be done inside as well – extra time may be required to take the belongings out of the wardrobes, clean inside and put them back
  • dust and polish all tops and surfaces

  • clean and wipe skirting boards
  • clean and wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
  • hoovering and mop the floor where necessary Living and dining room

  • any furniture outside only – inside on request and additional time may require to take the belongings out and place them in after cleaning them
  • any sofas will be vacuumed, the cushions will be lifted and vacuumed under

  • Cleaners are not allowed to clean electrical items unless is switched off from the mains.
